Element: Determine scope of the RE project
  • Project scope, deliverables and budget are identified from project planning and other relevant documentation and consultation with relevant person/s
       
Element: Appropriate project management tools, and relevant standard enterprise project management processes/techniques are identified
       
Element: Relevant work health and safety (WHS)/occupational health and safety (OHS) processes and procedures are identified and implemented
       
Element: Measurable outcomes that will apply across the life of the project are identified from project planning and other relevant documentation

Assessment Tasks
